1. Custom Orders & Design Approvals

Metallicon specializes in bespoke crystal crests, laser engraving, wooden plaques, sports trophies, and corporate awards. Prior to final production:

• Digital artwork mockups are shared with the client for verification of names, spelling, dates, and logo placement.
• Production commences only after explicit written approval via WhatsApp, email, or physical sign-off.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess the appropriate legal rights or authorizations to use logos and emblems provided.

2. Pricing & Payment Terms

Product prices quoted on our website and in formal proposals are subject to change depending on order quantity, materials, and customization specifications. Custom and bulk production typically requires an agreed advance deposit, with the remaining balance due upon delivery or parcel dispatch.

3. Delivery & Transportation

We provide nationwide delivery across all districts of Bangladesh via reliable courier partners and express delivery services in Dhaka. While we package all fragile items (crystal and optical glass crests) with premium protective padding, clients should inspect parcels upon receipt.

4. Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the personalized nature of engraved awards and custom-branded gifts, customized products cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons. However, if a manufacturing defect or printing error originates from our side (differing from the approved digital proof), Metallicon will promptly re-manufacture and replace the affected item free of charge.
